Shipping and Handling Policy
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, although merchandise is typically shipped within 1-2 business days. This timeframe may be extended due to holidays or periods of high volume due to promotions, sales, etc.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, via email, once your order ships.
Pre-order dates are estimated by the manufacturer, and are subject to change based on the manufacturer’s schedule. If a previously quoted pre-order date changes, customers will receive an email notification of the change. In the event of a pre-order delay, customers may receive a store credit equal to the amount paid for the pre-order, should they choose not to wait.
If your order contains items purchased on pre-order, your complete order will ship once your pre-order items become available. If you would like to receive your in stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
