How do I contact 5thirty2? 

We’re happy to hear from you! Please email us at hello@5thirty2.com. A response is generally given within 24 hours but can take up to 48 hours.

When will my order ship? 

Please allow 3-5 business days for ordering processing & shipping 

Does your clothing run true to size? 

5thirty2 is a curated collection of various brands & sizing may differ by manufacturer. We provide as many fit details as possible in each product listing to help you select your best size. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

Returns may be made within 7 days of your delivery date. We only offer store credit & do not offer refunds. The great news is that store credits never expire! 

Due to the pace at which our items tend to sell, we can not hold merchandise for exchanges. If a different size is needed, you may make a new purchase to secure the correct size. You may also use your store credit to purchase other available merchandise. Start Return

Do you ship internationally? 

Not currently at this time. 

What are your office hours? 

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm CST.

Why doesn't my item have a label?

Some of our manufacturers do not include labels in their merchandise. This does not detract from the quality of the garments.
