Returns Policy 

  • Didn’t quite work out? Rare, but it happens! To initiate a return, click here. Please reference our hours of operation. 5thirty2 does not offer refunds. Only a store credit is provided.
  • Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of your delivery date. Clothing must be returned in the same condition as received, with tags attached, and must be free of fragrances, deodorant, makeup, stains of any kind, rips, or tears. Returns received after 7 days of your delivery date will not be accepted. 
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise arrived damaged, or we made an error with an order. It is highly recommended that a trackable return service is used, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit. 
  • Once a return is received by 5thirty2, please allow up to 3 business days for review of the merchandise. If your return is accepted, according to the guidelines above, a store credit will be provided to you via email. The great news? Store credits never expire!
  • Due to the pace at which our products tend to sell, we can not offer exchanges. If the original item you purchased is no longer in stock, you can apply your store credit to other available merchandise. 
  • If items returned to 5thirty2 appear to be worn, or are in an otherwise unacceptable condition that doesn’t allow a resale, the return will be rejected and the merchandise will be returned to you; you are responsible for covering the cost to return the merchandise to you. If the return shipping cost is not provided, the customer agrees to forfeit the merchandise for discard. 
  • Quality control is important to us. We take care to inspect all merchandise for damage or defects prior to shipment; however, oversights are possible. We must be notified of damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 2 business days of delivery. Please email us hello@5thirty2.com and provide a picture of the faulty or incorrect item. 
  • All jewelry, accessories, leggings sets, bathing suits, lingerie, and sale/clearance items are final sale 
  • We reserve the right to reject returns if patterns of returns are present.
